How do I report impersonation or a fake profile?
If someone appears to be impersonating you or someone you know on Jalebi, please notify the team. Suspicious dating profiles may also be involved in scams.
- Take a screenshot of the suspicious profile when possible.
- Report the profile in Jalebi by selecting Report below the profile.
- Contact Jalebi support with the profile name or username, location if known, and the reasons you believe it is fake or impersonating someone. The form can't take files, so attach the screenshot when you reply to our email.
You can report impersonation even if you do not have a Jalebi account. Do not share sensitive identification documents unless Jalebi provides an appropriate approved process for collecting them. The team will review reports and may not be able to disclose information about another person's account.
