How do I change my profile name or location?

Changing your name

To change the name on your profile, contact Jalebi support with your login phone number including country code, the full name currently shown on your profile, and the name you want instead.

Resetting your location

You can reset your location yourself in the Jalebi app:

1. Open Jalebi and tap the profile icon (the person icon) in the top menu.
2. Tap Edit profile.
3. Scroll down to Basic information and tap Location.
4. When asked "Are you sure you want to reset your location?", tap Reset location.
5. On the "Where are you?" screen, tap Allow location so Jalebi can find where you are now.
6. Answer the quick questions (your gender and who you're interested in), then tap the orange arrow to finish.

Your location will now be up to date, and you'll start seeing people in your area.
