How do I correct my date of birth or age?

If your age appears incorrectly on Jalebi, contact Jalebi support to request a correction. To verify your age, we ask you to provide:

1. Your correct date of birth.
2. The full name used on your Jalebi account.
3. Your phone number, including the country code.
4. A clear photo of government-issued ID to verify your age.

Put the first three in your message. The form can't take files, so we'll reply by email and you can attach the photo of your ID to your reply. Our team will review your information and update your profile once the correction has been verified.

Privacy note: Government-issued ID contains sensitive personal information. Do not post it on your public profile. If you have concerns about sending an ID photo by email, contact support to ask whether an approved secure submission method is available before sending it.
